Checking to Make Sure I Can E-mail My Blogs!

Hello Everyone. I figured out how to post pictures! That's pretty exciting. Also, today I received my orders. Looks like it is official. I am supposed to report to Camp Ripley on 23 Nov 04 and then to Ft. Benning, GA on 29 Nov 04. Maybe I'll get to spend a couple more days at home before I have to leave. Take care. -MERE

To a Great Going Away Party!

First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who came to my going away party! I had such a great time, and it was humbling to see how many people care about me. I'll remember all of you while I am away. I just got done making labels to to mail letters. Everyone will get at least one letter from me while I'm gone. I printed the labels out already, so anyone who signed the sheets will get one. More messages to come. -MERE

Almost done with school

I wanted to do something a little fun on this deployment, so I decided to make my own diary online. Anyone can see it at anytime of the day. I am hoping to be able to get some good postings on here, but I'll have to see how much time I will be allowed. I have like 15 days until I have to report to Camp Ripley, MN.
